Enrolment Information
Enrolment at St John's
Children are admitted to the school according to the following categories:
1. Siblings of current St John's and Concordia College students.
2. Children whose parents are practising members of St John's Lutheran Church, Unley.
3. Remaining places are filled taking into account the following criteria:
• Children of school and church staff
• Date of expression of interest
• Proximity to school
• Practising Lutherans from another congregation
The age criteria for children wishing to be considered for entry into the Early Learning Centre requires them to be 3 years and 6 months of age before the 26th of January in the year that they wish to commence.
For children entering the school at Reception, they need to have turned 5 years of age by the 30th of April.
By completing an “Application for Enrolment” form this places your child(ren) on our waiting list. All vacancies are filled from the waiting list.
A $75 processing fee is required at lodgement of the “Application for Enrolment” form.
An interview with the Principal is arranged prior to enrolment being offered.
The child is guaranteed a place in the school when the enrolment fee of $150 has been received.
